Dr. Gina Chang
Dr. Gina T. Chang is a Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Doctoral level with over 20 years of experience working with persons with autism and other developmental disabilities. Her clinical experience centered on early intervention in the natural environment, parent education and severe behavior in adolescents. She has presented her research at numerous national conferences and co-authored a chapter in Ameral, Dawson, Geschwind’s Autism Spectrum Disorders (2011). Dr. Chang has 10+ years in operational leadership, specifically driving standardized implementation of clinical services across a distributed model of both clinic-based and in-home based services, ensuring both sustainable delivery and quality care. Dr. Chang has also worked extensively on positioning back office services to support the delivery of services with a focus on efficiency, clinical quality, and staff satisfaction metrics. Dr. Chang currently serves as the President and CEO at Autism Learning Partners, a company that provides therapy services for persons with autism and other developmental disabilities across the home, clinic, school and community. Autism Learning Partners currently provides services in 21 states across the United States and cares for over 4000 families.
