Kristine leads the training, research, clinical development, and client outcomes initiatives at Autism Learning Partners (ALP) as Chief Clinical Officer. She regularly presents at regional and national conferences, focusing on such topics as culturally responsive practice, compassion-focused care, innovations in service delivery, and scaling clinical quality. Recent peer-reviewed publications include a model to transition 1:1 ABA-based autism services to telehealth and a cultural responsiveness curriculum for behavior analysts; recent book chapters include use of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) toward a compassion-focused model for social justice and ABA-based interventions for improving quality of life for autistic adults; she was a contributing editor to Practice Parameters for Telehealth-Implementation of ABA (Council of Autism Service Providers, CASP). Kristine serves as an industry collaborator and thought leader in defining, measuring, and championing high quality client outcomes; she has served on a working group through the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) to identify an autism treatment standards set, has served as a member of the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) quality measurement provider panel, and co-chairs the client outcomes special interest group through CASP.
