Rick Loewenstein is a leader who leverages the power of strategic relationships to build consensus, motivate, and impact growth, corporate culture, and success. His extensive executive leadership career spans a multitude of sectors including private and nonprofit healthcare, human services, and education.

In 2019, Rick and his wife of 40 years, Dana, founded TeamGame Advisors LLC, an advisory practice focused on driving market expansion and growth, organizational development, and community engagement in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Their client partners include Private Equity firms, PE-backed and VC-backed providers, as well as privately held ABA providers, nonprofit behavioral health providers, and healthcare technology companies throughout the USA and Israel. Rick also serves as Advisor of Behavioral Health Platforms at Scale Healthcare.

Prior to launching TeamGame Advisors, Rick was Chief Strategy and Growth Officer for Centria Healthcare, a leading national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Pediatric Nursing, and Catastrophic Injury Care. His focus was on de novo and acquisition growth, and all facets of new market entry including contract and talent acquisition, payer network development, community and stakeholder engagement, government relations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Prior to joining Centria, Rick was CEO of JARC, an award-winning provider of innovative, high-quality services for people with disabilities and their families through community-based residential and support programs, in-home respite care, advocacy, recreation, and inclusion. Rick also served as Chief Advancement Officer at Cranbrook Educational Community, a national historic landmark and internationally recognized educational campus and as CEO of Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan, one of the nation’s oldest and largest food banks.
