Scott has dedicated his career to streamlining Healthcare Administration Operations through the effective use of Technology.
His teams transformed Optum’s approach to Constituent Service by developing Web, Mobile and Business Process Management Platforms for 80K Users and 45M Consumers. He built Capabilities for UHG’s Consumer Wellness and Pharmacy Benefit Management business units.
While CIO of Autism Learning Partners (ALP), he accelerated the delivery of Cloud Adoption, Security Controls and Analytics in response to the COVID-19 crisis and a newly ‘remote’ workforce. He worked with Business Operations to automate Revenue Cycle Management, Client Services, Clinical Delivery, Human Resources and Compliance to free up ‘human labor’ for higher value work.
At Simple Fractal, Scott oversees all Technology Operations, including a diverse set of Bots and Automation Products that support Clients in the ABA, Disability Services and Staff Placement industries.
Scott holds a B.S. from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
