Zach has worked in growth and advisory capacities for public and private healthcare organizations. Before leading finance for Jade Health, Zach served on the mergers and acquisitions team with Refresh Mental Health, a market-leading outpatient mental health organization under multiple owners, including UnitedHealth Group/Optum. The Refresh footprint, due to the success of the M&A efforts, resulted in an impressive presence in 37 states with over 3,000 clinicians in under six years. Before transitioning to the healthcare sector, Zach built expertise in financial analysis and underwriting through his experience in commercial banking.
