Mal is the CEO of TheraDriver, a software + AI platform that gives ABA teams the superpowers they need to fully focus on delivering the highest quality of care. Prior to starting TheraDriver, Mal led the machine learning product team at Waymo, Google’s self-driving team. She has worked in Silicon Valley for the 7 years and believes there an incredible amount of impact technology (software, data, and machine learning) can have in behavioral health. Mal has close family members with ASD and was initially drawn to this space because of her own family’s lack of access to care.
