Dave Pearce received his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1995 from the University of Southern California. After growing a highly successful multi-location rehabilitation outpatient practice over a fifteen-year time span in Eastern North Carolina, he exited the practice by selling to a private equity backed strategic acquirer. Since 2011, Dave has been part of the mergers and acquisitions team at Martin Healthcare Advisors/Martin ABA Advisors as a senior consultant, participating in numerous transactions. His extensive relationships with acquirers provide great insight into their methodology on targeting and valuating practices as well as preferred transaction structures. In addition, Dave has been instrumental in helping potential sellers better understand the needs of an acquirer and how sellers can move to the top of their list.
