Matt Gill is a Director in BRG’s Healthcare Transaction Advisory practice. Matt has over fourteen years of accounting and finance experience and has focused exclusively on mergers & acquisitions in the healthcare and life sciences industries for the last eleven plus years.

Matt specializes in providing transaction advisory services to investment banks and private equity and strategic investor clients, and has advised on more than 250 M&A transactions ranging in size from $5 million to $8 billion. He has significant experience across numerous healthcare services subsectors, as well as in the HCIT, pharma services, and medical device sectors.

Prior to joining BRG, Matt was an executive in the healthcare transaction advisory practices of a Big 4 accounting firm and a national accounting firm.  He is the proud father of three children (5,3,1), and has perfected the zone defense with his wife.
