Important Dates & Deadlines
- Sponsor Set-up: Sunday, March 23rd, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
- Note: You must be set-up by 1pm for the new Chef to Chef Showcase.
- Sponsor Tear-down: March 25th, at 4:00 PM.
- Packages should not arrive earlier than March 20, 2025 or fees may apply.
- Room block deadline – February 27th, 2025
- Registration deadline – March 7th, 2025
- Kitchen access request deadline – February 21st, 2025
- Shipping & Handling form deadline – February 21st, 2025
- Create storage request deadline – March 7th, 2025
- Perishable details deadline – February 21st, 2025
- COI deadline (for those who will have F&B samples) – February 21st, 2025
Tabletop Logistics
- You will have a 6-foot draped table with 2 chairs and a waste basket.
- The opportunity to purchase an extra 6-foot table is available (based on availability, space selection and limited to one additional table per sponsor). Please contact your sales rep for more information.
- Your space behind your table will allow for a backdrop OR pop-up banner(s) of 8 feet or less.
- Suggested times to man your table are all networking breaks and on site receptions.
- Electricity is NOT included. The order form is listed under Order Forms & Resources.
F&B Samples
Key Deadlines
- Perishable Shipping Details: Due by February 21, 2025
- We need to know the items you are shipping, quantity, if they need to be stored in the fridge or freezer and the shipping vendor company name.
- Kitchen Prep Space Requests: Due by February 21, 2025.
- Please submit requests in 30 minute time blocks.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI): Due by February 21, 2025.

- Sponsors must provide all items, equipment, supplies, etc. necessary to prepare and serve their samples.
- Samples should be bite-sized and no alcohol is permitted.
